LIFE COACHING... IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU

The beginning of change is when you can feel something isn't quite sitting right.  If that's where you are and the feeling is not going away, it's a good idea to step back and consider your next step.  I'm a firm believer in options and one of your options is to talk to me.  Hello, I'm Julie, let me explain what life coaching is; fundamentally it can be approached at a number of levels, how deep, far and wide we go is up to you.  The coaching principles, help you break down challenges into manageable chunks, so you can move forward with your life.

As we know life really isn't that simple, while the coaching stages are relatively straightforward, your personal journey and changes you'd like to see is where we will spend our time.    How you approach change will shape the success of your outcomes and wellness along the way; bravery vs fear, confusion vs clarity, sacrifice vs compromise, isolation vs support.  My approach to life coaching will help you convert the negative into the positive, indecision into action, doubt into daring.

A Flexible Approach

  • We can go deep, to explore why your changes are needed and reveal new options to move forward.  At times this can be emotionally challenging;  I encourage you to be brave and face your situation.  We can take the time you need in a safe, meaningful and structured way.

  • We can also go high, similar to a PT for fitness, by establishing clear goals, creating a plan and checking you're on track.  I will help you stay focused, stay motivated and nudge you to improve and stretch your goals, as you reach each milestone.
