Life isn't constant, things change, so let's embrace it.

You know deep down, in whatever aspect of your life, it's probably going to take some work to see an improvement. So, for a moment, just push yourself (a little) to consider what it might feel like to see the positive changes you want in your life?  While you’re doing that, here’s a little bit about me, I hope it encourages you.

I value integrity, honesty, kindness, taking responsibility for myself and the decisions I make.  I have also made significant changes in my life.  This included a fairly large reset; to get things back on track I set clear goals to obtain focus and restore my self-confidence.   It is entirely possible if you are willing to invest the time in yourself.

Change is daunting, but it also brings gifts; I’m now extremely resourceful, I see every situation as having options and choices.  I understand my personal values (what I really care about in life). I regularly (and selectively) say yes, or no, depending on the situation.   I have friends who bring positive energy. I speak up and I have a homelife,  tailored to each of my family members needs.

My work life has been packed with opportunity and personal growth; working for a global company, for 25 years, with colleagues from around the world.  The richness of individuality fills me with curiosity.  For the past 15 years, I’ve been coaching, it’s where I discovered my passion to understand how we behave as humans, how we interact with each other, what makes us tick, what happens if things go wrong, if we are anxious, worried, fearful, if we need to resolve conflict and much more.   I regularly delve into the subtle use of verbal and nonverbal communication in order to gain insights, which is incredibly useful in coaching.  Most recently I’ve attended the Brene Brown Dare to Lead Programme, exploring personal bravery and vulnerability; we’re all vulnerable, its just developing our braveness to cope with it. It was inspiring.  I’ve also completed my Life Coaching Diploma, to bring it all together and offer you the very best service.

So, while I’ve been introducing myself, did you consider what life might look like if you made those positive changes?  If you’re ready to talk in a safe space, where you'll receive kindness, empathy and a compassionate challenge, contact me and we'll set up a call.
